Chicago Bears Kids Club memberships are valid through the child's 12th birthday and do not need to be renewed on an annual basis. To keep Kids Club MVP memberships new and exciting, each membership will last one year from the date of enrollment. A renewal notice will be sent shortly before the membership for another year. The Chicago Bears will work hard to continue to find innovative ways to make the Chicago Bears Kids Club the best it can be each and every year. You may access your account at any time by visiting www.ChicagoBears.com/KidsClub and entering your email address and password. All changes can be made securely through this website.
We are happy to replace membership cards at a small fee of $3 per replacement card (this fee covers shipping and production costs only). Simply send the member’s name, address and a check or money order payable to the Chicago Bears to the following address:
